Sonja is the Owner and Broker of PRIME Realty NC, LLC. She has been actively selling real estate in New Bern area for the last 20 years. Bernie is the Broker in Charge at Prime Realty NC, LLC. He was born and raised in New England, living mostly in New Hampshire with a few years in Maine sprinkled in. He moved to New Bern NC in 2004 and has been in the Real Estate business ever since. He specialize in Residential Real Estate, in and around Craven County. He is an avid Ballroom Dancer, and he is teaching ballroom dance at Rivertowne Ballroom Dance Studio.

Billy has 20 years of local government experience in Craven County, and has been a licensed broker for the past 5 years. Originally starting out with the intention of purchasing some rental properties has turned into a love for helping both buyers and sellers.

He moved with his family to New Bern in 1975, and is a graduate of both New Bern High School and Craven Community College. Billy can offer his vast knowledge of our local communities. Billy’s family are members of Temple Baptist Church where you will see him at the Welcome Center, or refereeing Upward Basketball games. He has been involved with Special Olympics, Relay for Life, as well as many other local organizations & events.

   Jennifer moved her family to New Bern after falling in love with the tree-lined downtown streets and the picturesque water views/natural beauty.  From 2023 to 2027, Margie is proudly serving as the State Political Coordinator for the North Carolina Realtors and the Neuse River Region Association of REALTORS®, working alongside Steve Tyson from the NC House of Representatives. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Margie was named REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 2019 and made history as the first president of the Neuse River Region Association of REALTORS® to serve two consecutive terms in 2018 and 2019. She has also been an active member of the NRRAR Education Committee for four years and served on the Board of Directors for another four years, participating in the Legislative Committee since 2020.
With 32 years of experience, Margie has honed her skills as a Certified Relocation Coordinator, developing and managing the relocation department while also serving as the Broker in Charge of a referral company. Her attendance at numerous national conferences over the past three decades has equipped her to ensure a seamless experience for her clients.
For 30 years, Margie successfully managed her former company, Neuse Realty, in various roles including Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Co-owner. This extensive experience has cultivated her commitment to serving clients with patience and diligence. Margie is eager to expand her real estate offerings to meet your needs and desires. On a personal note, Margie was born and raised in New Bern. She has two daughters, Brooke and Stacey. Brooke is married to Jonathan Ipock, and together they are raising their children, Jensen and Emersyn, in the small community of Caton, NC. Stacey is nurturing her daughter, Kenley, in the nearby community of Fort Barnwell. Both Caton and Fort Barnwell are just 20 miles from New Bern. Margie cherishes her close relationship with her family and feels blessed to share such a strong bond with them.
Margie and her husband, Randall Dunn, are active members of Temple Baptist Church, where they enjoy being part of a vibrant, growing ministry. Margie serves on the Welcoming and Stewardship Committee at Temple Church and warmly invites you to join them.
In their free time, Margie and Randall love to spend time outdoors, whether at the beach, diving in the Keys, or enjoying the warm waters of the Caribbean.
